FAQs
Will I receive my diabetic shoe or prosthesis at my first appointment?
No, the molding and creation of a diabetic shoe or artificial limb take time.
My child is approved for a helmet; what are the next steps?
Once they are scanned, it will take a while for the actual helmet to come in; once the helmet has arrived, there will be an appointment to fit the helmet, and from there will be weekly or monthly appointments to check the progress.
Do I need a referral?
Yes, patients must have a referral to make an appointment. Please note that the referral, documented visit notes, and chart notes must be provided by an MD or podiatrist.
What are the general hours?
General hours are Monday - Friday, 8-5. Some early and late appointments can be accommodated.
