22nd Annual Turkey Trot 2025

Join us for the 22nd Annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2025, at Shotwell Stadium in Abilene, Texas! This beloved community tradition brings together runners, walkers, families, and friends to kick off the holiday season with fun, fitness, and giving back.

All proceeds benefit the West Texas Rehabilitation Center and the Abilene Runner’s Club, supporting vital services and local running events.

Event Details:

5K Run/Walk – Start Time: 8:00 AM

Kids’ 1 Mile Fun Run (12 & under) – Start Time: 9:00 AM

Location: Shotwell Stadium, Abilene, TX

Registration Info:

Early registration ends November 7th

Late registration available at packet pickup (no race-day registration)

Chip timing and on-course support included

Course is clearly marked with directional signs

T-shirts available for early registrants only
